UPDATE — After the initial results were posted, NASCAR changed it’s mind and rescinded the penalty and DQ for Ryan Blaney. shifting all the results quite a bit. So we recalculated them and here they are now. Diane still won, but Cheryl and Desmond tied for 2nd. Bill’s 2nd half lead is 44 points, and Vicki’s YTD lead is only 10 points now. — END UPDATE
Things are getting dicey as the season winds down. Diane gets another convincing win, edging Cheryl by 17. The win also move her into second place in the second half standings now 45 behind Bill, who finished third this week. Vicki dropped down to 3rd overall with a mediocrfe 4th place finish this week. Poor Desmond and Lou seem to be battling it out for the bottom of the heap once again. Moving on to Homestead next with just 3 races left this year. A sneak peak at the overall 2023 champion shows Vicki with a very slim 11 point lead over Diane. Bill’s still within reach but he’ll need to have 3 stellar races to vercome his 1st have points deficit. Thanks for playing.
