How convenient the results of this "survey" come out right now when the viewership is dropping more and more every week because the races and the Chase are so boring.  Leave it to NA$CAR to try and justify the existence of the Chase.  Sunday's race at Phoenix (hell all three races were boring) was the first race where I was actually in front of my TV and not paying attention to much of it.  And it's not even about Johnson as I like him, just don't want to see a boring race at a boring flat track and a manufacturered "playoff" where the same team keeps winning all the time.

I have found myself paying LESS attention at seasons end and it has nothing to do with on track action, or lack of. It's been TV that's driven me away.

I tuned in to watch a Nationwide race and all I got was Danica.
