Just saw that the NASCAR Media Group had produced a documentary on the history of Hendrick Motorspots.  I watched the trailer and it sounds pretty interesting.  Here's the article which includes a link to the trailer:

Still not sure what the writer means about him being "a homer" for NASCAR.   Roll Eyes

It means NASCAR has hit a home run with the show. In other words the show is wonderful.

Hey Blue Oval!  Great to hear from you again.  Don't be a stranger!

Lou explained to me what a "homer" was after this and I really saw it on a Navy football game against Rice a couple of weeks ago.  MASN showed the game locally, but the announcers were from a local Texas station.  Man!  They really showed what homers are in their cheerleading for Rice!  Thankfully, the Navy team crushed Rice and shut them up.   laugh
