Even though Jeremy was granted an injunction on his NA$CAR suspension, seems he can't even buy a ride for this weekend's cup race. Two teams he has spoken with have told him no because the sponsor will pull out and the other two sponsorless teams want no part of it.

I think as this moves forward, the SUITS will be proven wrong in the way they handled the situation, but Jeremy will hold some form of accountability for not notifying them of his prescriptions before the test.

In reading the documents from the judge's ruling, he really thinks NA$CAR really screwed up and needs to fix it. They will never admit they did anything wrong, regardless of the legal outcome. Which in my opinion is a big black eye for the SUITS. The right thing to do would be to say, we had an incomplete program that we thought was the right way to do it. (of course, they could have used the same rules and processes that the NFL does)

When all is said and done, one of the SUITS will step down and just fade into obscurity in the regional programs until they phase them out

never under estimate what an angry mob can accomplish
