Hope everyone had a save and happy Thanksgiving.

I did.  And this time, I made sure to involve myself in the family conversation instead of just eating the food and finding a TV set to watch while I waited for everyone else to leave.

I have a NASCAR fan named Tim who is one of my cousins.  He has an extensive collection of diecast cars that he picked up from his many trips to Auto Club Speedway.  We talked about my trip there this past February.  But I wish that we had talked longer, to get his opinion of Jimmie Johnson's championship and the complete ban on testing.

Still, it was a great holiday for our family.
