Sunday night on Wind Tunnel, Dave Despain reported that ESPN couldn't provide NASCAR with the proper footage to prove Busch's innocence immediately. I thought NASCAR started relying on their own video a few years ago and stopped dealing with the networks.

Claire had Joe Balash, the Busch Series Director, on her program Monday night.  What a shyster!  She asked out how they weren't even going to review the call until ESPN provided them footage and he sidestepped the issue.  Callers to her show kept pointing out (what I thought on Saturday night) too about how they stopped the race and reset the field when Earnhardt was unjustly penalized at Rockingham in 1995 for missing lugnuts.  Balash said something like "we don't do that every time..."  Duh...
