 Since this reply does not belong to Cheryl's post in the ratings thread I'll post here. I have to wonder if the late Ronnie Van Zant of Lynyrd Skynyrd is spinning in his grave everytime the Chevy commercial that trashes Sweet Home Alabama plays. What a terrible thing to do to a great song.

I agree with you that it is a terrible thing to do.  What is up with all these wierd sounds and destruction of songs these days?

Apparently today's generation of "musicians" can't come up with any original music, so they have to trash the classics.   Angry

Oh I don't know, Cheryl. I liked the remake of the THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR, for one, especially the Shelby Mustang!!! Grin
