Tom from Bristol posted the link from Monte Dutton on my other list.  As usual, Monte doesn't pull any punches.  I've been saying all along that Stewart didn't say anything the fans haven't been saying for years.  And that NA$CAR has always given selective penalties depending on who the driver was.  The moonshiner whose win was taken away by Big Bill was cited in that book I recently read:
