Or at least, very interesting laundry.  Between AT&T and Kentucky, things could get interesting for Nascar/ISC.

great article, i think if this judge allows/forces financial records into the proceedings, all hell will break loose and the ARCA series will have 90 cars showing up every week

Great!  Now we know what we have already suspected about ISC and NASCAR.

While I would like to see Kentucky Speedway win the lawsuit, its addition would not necessarily improve the quality of racing.  It's another 1 1/2 mile track with relatively flat banking.

A lot is riding on these "discovery issues", Desmond. If ISC and Nascar have to disclose very much, then as Ken says, All hell will break loose, and you will see a settlement come about just as you did with the Texas suit, (even tho the issues were not the same). Stan Chesley, Ky Speedway's lead counsel is about as sharp as they come.
