Truck Race:
-----------
Laps Shown: 67 of 100=67%
Commerical Time: 43:18
Commerical Breaks: 19
Most Laps Shown Between Breaks: 12 (not in the beginning or end of race)

Observations
------------
1. Great to see ESPN back, but was disappointed with some of their coverage.
a. too many "on-air" talent covering the race-at least 11
b. did not see much coverage of regular busch series drivers
c. need to see more of the race
2. Positives from the weekend on ESPN
a. the booth-professional in their call of the race
b. the return of Dr. Jerry Punch
c. good work from the pit reporters  I got the impression that the drivers & teams were
more "at ease" with the ESPN pit reporters.
d. pit reporters are in firesuits & wearing neutral colored headsets.  thinking safety
   & not promoting anything
2. FOX/SPEED
a. too much talking coming out of commerical breaks
b. the addition of Krista Voda helps FOX
c. too many commerical breaks
d. too "dramatic" with usage of cablecam on starts & restarts
3. "UN-SUNG MVP" from 4 days of races at Daytona: the cameraman on-board the
   Goodyear Blimp "Spirit of Innovation"
There was 4 days worth of key replays from the blimp.
a. Jeff Gordon's winning pass in the second duel race-the only camera on the front
of the race during the final lap
b. the truck race finish
c. key replays on saturday & sunday

I noticed this as soon as ESPN started covering stuff at the track on NASCAR Now.  I can't explain exactly why it just annoys me to see the Fox people wearing those yellow Nextel" headsets.  Great to see ESPN is not buying into that at all!
