I'm sorry, but trying to "buy" your way out of trouble is just wrong IMHO (as is peeing on the tire of a car).  I've seen fans do this in parking lots at Dover and it disgusted me then.  To hear about a driver doing it...well...I'll stop now as I'm not going to cross the line into bashing.  But I just don't think it's funny...   It's obviously a gender thing, I guess.  Must be a woman who wrote the law making it illegal too.   Wink

No it is not just a gender thing, Cheryl. Truex made it worse with his $100 antics. He could be charged if the prosecutor really wanted to do so. I'm glad it was not one of my fav. drivers.
