Quoting Daytona Beach police chief, Mike Chitwood, "If I find out that someone gave him (France) a break because of his last name, someone is going to have to look for a new job."

We'll hold him to that! Smiley

My take on this:  Some people are just exempt (this is meant to be sarcastic) from common road rules (not) and it is a waste of time for them to investigate.  IOW, money and the name talks and the deed is done.  Right or wrong, it won't change.  JMHO....

You may well be right, Vivian, but some of us will remember Baby Brian and his "I"m superior" attitude for a long time.
