"Scanner on the fritz

Sprint Nextel has suspended rentals and postponed its September sales launch of the FanView video race scanner.

"We're still researching the problem," said Sprint Nextel director of corporate communications Mary Nell Westwood. "It's nothing big, nothing unfixable."

Westwood said the problem was detected during the Aug. 20 race at Michigan International Speedway. She said they expect to resume rentals before the end of the season."

Ahhhh...what a shame. :lol:  :lol:  :lol:
