We've had a lot of suggestions this week, so I wrote them all down and listed them here.  I'll keep the poll up for about 10 days.  If anyone has anything else, please be sure to let me know and I think I can add them.  Here's your chance to vote!

I would vote for Legend only if you could append "in their own minds" to it

Lou, you do have a good sense of humor!
How come no one wants to be called an "old timer"??? See ya, Dick

Let's just be "Old Timer Legend" and that way we cover all of us.  Can I vote twice??

As we were driving to Erie on Friday, Lou came up with another idea for the next designator:  Curmudgeon

I really liked that.  I was thinking about adding that to the choices on the poll, but can't figure out how to do it.  I might just start over and add that unless we're all set on Legend.  So far, it has 50% of the votes.  We could have Curmudgeon as the designator for 500 or more posts.

What do ya'll think?

Since maqny readers seem to think we generally fit the description, I think Curmudgeon is absolutely perfect!

Maybe by that time I will be, but now I don't think I am one.   Tongue   Change is good if it is my idea.  I am old, but not cantankerous.  I am not crusty yet.  I am stubborn but only if you disagree with me.  After all, I live in my own little world, but that's okay because they know me here.
Thanks, Lou.

Okay, we can be one of those.  By then I will be able to spell it.   Cool

Okay, how about this?

375 posts - Legend

500 posts - Curmudgeon

That way we kind of split the difference between 250 posts as the last desigator we have?
