Yesterday on the pre-race show on XM radio, the studio host, Chris Farley, was talking about the Grand Marshall for the Indy race.  He accidentally misspoke and said "the Grand Marshall for the parade..."  Truer words were never spoken.  :-)

Very true, Chris!  No one even came close to passing Jimmie Johnson at the end.  In fact, I estimate that he had a four-second lead at the time the caution came out to end the race.  All it did is change the line in statistics about the margin of victory.

There were a few passes for the lead, but all of them involved having fresher tires after recent pit stops.
