I timed all but the final caution/red flag because the tape ran out. I did a
timed recording but cautions 8 & 9 blew this idea away.  Here's what
I got up to caution 11:

  Caution 1-8:20
  Caution 2-7:54
  Caution 3-8:07
  Caution 4-7:36
  Caution 5-8:33
  Caution 6-9:21
  Caution 7-5:12
  Caution 8-32:57
  Caution 9/Red Flag 1-31:22
  Caution 10-7:23
Total Up to Caution 11/Red Flag 2: 2 hrs, 6 minutes, 45 seconds

total time for cautions 8 & 9(including red flag): 1:04:19

I will have the final totals after Thursday's SPEED channel replay.

Update 1:

Red flag #1(with caution #9)-19:23*
Red flag #2(with caution #11)-19:39*

*Red flag time was found in the results page within jayski.com

The average for a caution lap appeared to have been 62 seconds, thus
caution #11/red flag #2 was approx. 28:55.

The "approx." total for caution/red flag time for the MBNA 400:
2 HOURS, 35 MINUTES, 40 SECONDS

jw, you are THE stat man!  Thanks for coming up with the times.  I thought maybe the...extended (?) time spent not racing might be your downfall, but you came through again!
