Lou just got a new camera a couple months ago and
got some really good shots of the wreck yesterday from our seats in
turn 4.  This is the first digital camera we've had that will do a
sucession of shots just like a regular 35 mm.  He just got them up
on-line if anyone is interested in looking at them progression of the
wreck:

It's a Canon Digital Rebel with a Canon 35-128 lens.

Nice pics Lou. That Canon sounds like the one I looked at but decided that I couldn't afford. It certainly does nice work. Thanks for sharing the pics. Cheesy

There is a grandstand just to the turn 4 side of the main grandstand; that's where we always sit.  The seats are "banked" a bit more than the main grandstand and give an excellent view of the cars coming out of turn 4 and passing at the S/F line.
