I have heartburn, most of do from time to time and some even more often than not. What I do when I have heart burn is I go into the cupboard and grab the bottle of Cider Vinegar and drop about a heaping table spoon down the old feed hole. I'm sure some folks eat tums after tums after tums or even are on a thing to help with the "reflux desease". Desease... that word is pretty abused these days. But back to my heartburn. Whooops, sorry folks it's gone already. Seems that adding acid to my digestive system that was lacking acid which caused the food that I had eaten to sit and rot causing gasses to form and irritate the heck out of my throat area has once again done the trick. No really if you have not heard of it, it works. It's one of many things I learned over the years that has helped me beat the system (Drugs that are labled for nothing more than my pocket book and counted on weakened mind).
I was directed to bring this topic over here but relly bugged me to start with was some of the things that I see in NASCAR MARKETING that led to my "concern" over this CODEX thing and how stripping a red white and blue blooded American his right to buy a darn Vitamin was the looniest thing i've ever heard of. So I dragged my mule out of the mud and rushed over here to place a tip or two about it. But it goes farther than that for me. You see self educating is the key when it comes to certain things. Be honest with yourself and you will glow inside, that's the part that counts.
I have nothing against people who eat out for most of thier staple intake, but rather a pitty in that they rob themselves of many things in life through proper nutrition. I want to see Mc- Dee give a multi vitamin with the kids meal. I don't want to see a generation dummer than its fathers.
But hear goes for those that are taking vitamins and eating raw pop-eye greens. On a good red meat burger they are great!

That's not the posting I wanted there, but at least it's in the right place.

On the Race Talk forum, you mentioned Robert Barefoot, who advocated coral calcium.  I bought his product and it didn't change me all that much; then again, I didn't take that many tablets.  I did subscribe to his service, but never received any more pills.  Later, I learned that Barefoot was arrested for making false medical claims about coral calcium.

P.S. Isn't he related to Buddy Wayne somehow?
