Hi Ron,

Cheryl looked up the scores and didn't see your name so we thought you did not sign up for the second half. We'll go back and double-check the league now and re-post the scores when we find yours.

woops.... found ya!

Sorry about that! Nothing intentional I assure you - despite the fact that your score is going to make Cheryl mad (not really) - because you beat her and are the winner this week with a score of 1088 and a rank of 107!

Good going Ron! Give me a little time to get the webpages changes around.

Ron,

I tried to send you email several times last week to find out if you were playing again and both email addresses you had listed on Speedcouch were invalid.

I also posted a message on the forum asking those who were playing to drop me an email and let me know one way or another.  Since I never heard from you, I figured you weren't playing.  Sorry about that!

So this doesn't happen in the future, could you please send me a valid email privately address at:

cheryl@speedcouch.com

Thanks,
Cheryl

Hey Lou! A very belated but sincere thanks for helping to maintain the proper name for this race! As usual we celebrated my birthday in lovely central Florida in July, including our annual attempt to avoid drowning at Daytona Speedway ;-) (As much as I hated the brutal afternoon heat before they made the Firecracker a night race, I think I prefer that to the predictable monsoons of central Florida on any given July evening.)

Snagged some last minute garage passes and used them between rain storms. The new garage area is ineresting. Certainly appears to be a big improvement over the old garages. At least the average fan can at least sneak a peak at their heroes car during pre-race. (If they don't mind camping in line for a few hours of course.)

Starting to pack for the Brickyard now. Have tickets for the USAC races at IRP on Thursday PM. Will play it by ear from there.

Thanks again and my love to Cheryl!

Bill

P.S. I forget; how is my good friend Kevin doing so far this half?
