in 90 days, it's the NASCAR all-star race on SPEED!!!!!!!!!!!!

speed has become it's own worst nightmare, every broadcast is a commercial for another program on the network. i don't want to watch what is on next thursday night, i want to watch what is on the box now!

You can measure a network's popularity by how many commercials it runs for its own shows compared to how many commercials are paid by sponsors.  Unfortunately, on Speed Channel we see advertisements for sister station shows and the same paid ads over and over.
When they did an extended ad for an upcoming show during the 500, that was really stepping over the line.

And constant promotions for next week's race!  Those really annoy me..."NA$CAR's west coast premiere..."  Ugh, give me a break!
